Sitting pretty on the banks of the River Thames, there aren’t many pubs that can give you the wonders of velvet armchairs by crackling fireplaces and waterside views, but we can, making us an ideal venue for celebratory drinks or special dinners.
Our private hire space includes everything you could possibly need, with complimentary Wi-Fi, a projector and screen, flip chart with paper and pens, bottled mineral water, and tea and coffee. Buffets and our gorgeous lunch and evening menus are also available – just ask our lovely team!

We may have large windows overlooking the resplendent expanses of the River Thames, but don’t think we don’t know how to craft the cosiest of celebrations in our fully private hire space: The Snug. In fact, with your own private bar*, it’s so cosy that you’ll never want to leave.

Our team of skilled chefs can provide a wide range of menus to suit your event, from buffets – featuring miniature versions of iconic pub classics and artisan sandwiches – to three-course meals.
For larger parties, our celebration and buffet menus are ideal and, as they’re inspired by our seasonal À La Carte menu, we’re sure there’ll be something to tempt everybody.
Of course, you can’t toast to the best moments without a drink, and our extensive wine list and expertly crafted drinks – including signature cocktails, smooth wines, craft beers and refreshing ciders – will satisfy your thirst.
